Our FF&E process starts with a critical review of construction drawings and furniture elevations.  We verify all furniture and fixture counts prior to placing orders.   When working with branded hotels, we verify all FF&E orders comply with current brand standards. The timing of our FF&E installation process is closely tied to the hotel construction.  We work closely with the general contractor and monitor construction process.   Our warehousing and delivery options provide owners cost saving alternatives to typical on-site off-loading.

OLS uses professional installers to assemble and wall mount furniture and artwork.  After all the furniture and fixtures are in place, our detail team completes the bathroom, closet, and kitchen area set up  in each guest room and suite. 

We use the same attention to detail when setting up hotel common areas. Furniture, artwork, lighting and accessories are delivered, unpacked, assembled and placed.  OLS has your back of house areas covered!  Our turn key FF&E solution includes operating supplies and equipment for reception desk and administrative areas,  meeting rooms, guest services, maintenance and housekeeping.
